  • Nickname - "Old Ironsides" because cannonballs bounced off her oak sides in battle during the War of 1812
  • Undefeated in battle
  • Currently ported in Boston, Massachusetts
  • Overall Length: 204 feet overall, 175 feet at the waterline
  • Beam Width: 43 feet, 6 inches
  • Mainmast height: 220 feet
  • Speed: 13+ knots
  • Crew in 1812: 450 including 55 marines and 30 boys
  • Armament: 54 cannons

  • Sails are made of thick drawing paper

  • Not to be confused with the USS Constellation (as I have before)
