Fans
Idea: Use BBB 17.6mm flanged wheels for exhaust fans on
engine. For example, this LEGO 10133 BNSF GP-38 Locomotive
has been retrofitted with three black, BBB 17.6mm flanged train
wheels. No additional parts are needed.

Hand Car

The Train Hand Car is a fun little
model, but it takes some patience to work reliably.
The real important part - The minifig must use NBA/Basketball legs with
the springs removed and NBA/Basketball arms.
When assembling the model make sure everything is loose and rotates
freely. The minifig(s) need to be adjusted so they move
easily.
The model will work with two minifigs as well.
